How long does it take to ship items once they are purchased?
Items are shipped within 5-7 business days. Once we recive your order we will email you with a estimated shipping date. You can call us if you have a rush order.
What are "Clearance items"?
If an item is listed as a clearance item then we have a limited stock of the item and it will not be replinished. Clearance items are heavily reduced in price. As such, there are no exchanges on clearance items.
Do you offer delta sigma theta items?
Yes! As you know Delta Sigma Theta items can not be sold online. As a hint, generally all sorority products are available for our sisters of Delta Sigma Theta. If you see an item for another sorority, we offer the same or similar items for Delta Sigma Theta. We are here to serve your paraphernalia needs. Of course! If you order multiple items for gifts for your new initiates, we want to help you celebrate by discounting your order.
